The last remaining section has been started. It is an industrial-like shelf of kitchen utensils and appliances. This particular cooking school has a kitchen appliance outlet attached and is not far from Times Square, New York. I can't remember the establishments name, so if any of my readers from USA know of it, I would be grateful for a hint!
There are still decisions to be made about the tone of the ceiling above the waving man and a few other small details to be added is other areas of the composition.
