It is not easy to see on this photo, but I added a little refinement to the wall behind the man's head and defined the far extractor hood ready for more detail.
The floor to the right has had the first block in of the shadows created by the lighting in the room.
The colours of this photo are also not true to reality, which is a little stronger as the light washes it out a little but it is, at least, an indication of the composition and how it is progressing.
